Welcome to DesiTicketWala! These Terms of Service (referred to as the "Agreement") establish the terms and conditions governing your access to and use of our online platforms, products, and services. This Agreement forms a legally binding contract between you (including anyone assisting you in accessing, registering, or using our platforms, products, or services—collectively referred to as "you" or "your") and DesiTicketWala ("DesiTicketWala"). Both parties may be individually referred to as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties."

1. SCOPE OF SERVICES
This Agreement applies to the following digital properties and services provided by DesiTicketWala:
- Website – The DesiTicketWala website, including all its pages, features, and functionalities (referred to as the "Site").
- Mobile Application - The DesiTicketWala mobile app, which provides access to our services on mobile devices (referred to as the "App").
- Services - Any and all services provided or facilitated by DesiTicketWala through the Site or App, including but not limited to:
  - Online ticket purchasing
  - Event booking and management
  - Payment processing
  - Customer support and inquiries
  - Event promotion and advertising
  - User account management and customization
- Any other digital properties or services provided by DesiTicketWala
By accessing, registering for, or using the Site, App, or Services, you automatically agree to abide by the terms outlined in this Agreement. This includes the "Dispute Resolution" section, which contains provisions for arbitration and waivers of jury trials and class actions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Site, App, and Services.
2. UPDATES TO THE TERMS
DesiTicketWala reserves the right to update, modify, or replace this Agreement at any time. Updates will be communicated through one or more of the following means:
- Posting changes on the Site or App
- Sending notifications via email, phone or via mobile application to registered users
- Displaying an alert in your user account
Changes will become effective as of the stated modification date. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically to remain informed about any updates. Continued use of our platforms and services confirms your acceptance of any modifications.
3. ELIGIBILITY
To use the Site, App, or Services, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least eighteen (18) years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- Be legally capable of entering into contracts under applicable laws.
- Ensure that all the information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.
By using the Site, App, or Services, you affirm that you meet these eligibility criteria and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
4. PRIVACY POLICY & USER CONSENT
1. a. Our Commitment to Privacy
  DesiTicketWala's Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information. By using our platforms and services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
2. b. Consent to Data Collection
  BY USING DESITICKETWALA, YOU AGREE TO ALLOW US TO COLLECT, STORE, AND PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL AND NON-PERSONAL INFORMATION AS DESCRIBED IN OUR PRIVACY POLICY. THIS MAY INCLUDE DATA RELATED TO YOUR BROWSING HABITS, TRANSACTION HISTORY, PREFERENCES, AND INTERACTIONS WITH OUR PLATFORM.
5. USER ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
1. a. Creating an Account
  To access certain features of the Site, App, or Services, you may be required to create a user account. You agree to:
  - Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
  - Maintain the security of your account credentials.
  - Notify DesiTicketWala immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
2. b. Account Termination
  DesiTicketWala reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
  - Violate any terms outlined in this Agreement.
  - Engage in fraudulent or unlawful activities, including but not limited to ticket scalping or unauthorized resale.
  - Are inactive for an extended period, as determined by DesiTicketWala.
If your account is terminated, you may lose access to any purchased tickets, saved preferences, or promotional offers associated with your account.
6. PAYMENT TERMS
1. a. Payment Processing
  All transactions made through the Site or App are processed securely. By making a purchase, you agree that:
  - You are responsible for providing valid payment details.
  - DesiTicketWala may charge applicable fees, including taxes and service charges.
  - Payments are final, and refunds may only be issued under specific circumstances outlined in our refund policy.
  - The customer is responsible for a 5.50% processing fee and a $1.00 convenience fee on each transaction made through DesiTicketWala.
2. b. Deposits
  - DesiTicketWala will process vendor sales and deposit payments directly into the vendor’s bank account every Tuesday.
3. c. Fraud Prevention
  DesiTicketWala reserves the right to refuse any transaction suspected of fraudulent activity. Any fraudulent actions may result in legal consequences.
7. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You may not use the Site, App, or Services for any unlawful or prohibited purposes, including but not limited to:
- Engaging in fraudulent transactions.
- Disrupting or damaging our platforms through hacking, scraping, or other malicious activities.
- Violating the intellectual property rights of DesiTicketWala or third parties.
- Posting false or misleading information about events, tickets, or services.
Violation of these terms may result in legal action and account termination.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
DesiTicketWala is not responsible for:
- Errors or interruptions in service due to factors beyond our control.
- The actions or omissions of event organizers, third-party vendors, or other users.
- Any losses or damages incurred as a result of unauthorized account access.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with our Site, App, or Services is to discontinue use.
9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
By using DesiTicketWala, you agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration rather than litigation. You waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in a class-action lawsuit.
- a. Arbitration Process
  Refunds are issued at our discretion, with partial refunds more commonly considered as a goodwill gesture. Chargebacks are strictly prohibited, as we maintain detailed records of ticket purchases and delivery confirmations. Additionally, if a customer provides incorrect account details during a transaction, we are not responsible for any resulting issues. In such cases, refunds, exchanges, or reissued tickets will not be provided, as it is the customer's responsibility to ensure accuracy when entering their information.
- b. Jurisdiction
  This Agreement is governed by the laws of US, and any legal action must be filed within that jurisdiction.
